In this stage I focused on the where my grandmother grew up called Church Street, Horwich. I took items and photographs from my grandparents, dating back to the 1920's. The inspiration for this element was Kathe Kowalski which led to me studying her further, producing a critical link. The photoshoot featured objects that are part of the family history such as papers, photographs and objects. To develop the project I recorded samples about my granny's history.
